At SVC carers23 we will provide the correct trained staff for a range of needs .If your needs are to be focused around dementia care, respite and recovery, those needing end-of-life care ,or disabled adults of any age .Our well-trained staff are committed to providing a person Centered live-in-care and support service tailored to your/your loved one’s individuals needs.

Whoever needs the care can stay in their own well-loved home, maintain contact with friends and neighbours, keep pets, and continue to live their life to their own routine.

Our standard live-in support and care is designed for those who need extra help around the home during the day and covers a broad range of client needs:

  • Mobility issues or concerns.
  • Some assistance with showering, bathing, shaving and oral hygiene.
  • Some assistance with dressing.
  • Some assistance with continence care.
  • May require a commode or urine bottle, stoma bag emptied
  • Forgetfulness or repetitive(short memory loss)
  • Can be left alone for short periods of time
  • Needs some assistance with diet and fluid
  • May need prompting to take medication or ordering of prescriptions

We offer with standard live-in-care and support, the carer can also provide the following assistance: companionship, meal preparation, light housework, medication support,  trips into the community and support with shopping trips or running errands.

  • Requires supervision when mobilising

  • May need assistance to eat and drink
  • Will need prompting to take medication or re-order prescriptions
  • May have dementia,Alzheimers’,parkinson’s Ms or require hoisting

With advanced live-in-care and Assistance, the carer will also assist with ,meal preparation, ,domestic tasks ,recreational support and support with daily errands.
